Seven stages between an official notice and your decision
Nothing in this pipeline is a black box. Each stage keeps the evidence it acted on.

Ingest from official sources
Notices are retrieved from official European publication channels on a scheduled cadence. Every raw payload is stored untouched alongside its retrieval time and content hash, so any normalized field can be traced back to the original document.

Normalize into one record per opportunity
Publication numbers, CPV codes, buyer identity, deadlines, values and currencies are mapped into a single schema. Values are converted to EUR for comparison only — the original amount and currency are always preserved.

Deduplicate and version
Corrections and change notices carry their own publication numbers. We link them to the opportunity they amend and record them as revisions, so a corrected tender never appears twice in your feed.

Build your Company DNA
Your sectors, services, CPV codes, delivery geography, credentials, languages and contract-value range become structured matching signals. AI can suggest additions from your description, but nothing enters your profile until you confirm it.

Score deterministically, explain every point
Sector fit, CPV overlap, geographic reach, value fit, deadline feasibility and buyer history each contribute a weighted, recorded amount. Semantic AI similarity is capped so it can inform the score but never dominate it.

Assess eligibility separately
A match score tells you whether an opportunity is worth reading. Eligibility is judged on its own — required certifications, registrations, turnover thresholds and country constraints — and reported as blockers and warnings, never folded into the score.

Alert and track
Alerts fire in-app and by email according to your score threshold, countries, sectors, value band and chosen frequency. Everything you save moves through a pipeline you control, from reviewing to bid submitted.
